Laughter Yoga

We are happy to announce that we now have Laughter Yoga sessions available to our carers and young people to participate in.   Laughter Yoga has scientific health benefits including the reduction of stress, improved oxygen intake to the brain and a rise in those 'feel good' endorphines!  If would like to give it a try please contact us on 01236 426542.
