Step up and place your bets at our annual race night with our friends at Ontoawinner race nights. This is a great way to have run and help raise funds to support families in North Lanarkshire.

We are happy to announce that we now have Laughter Yoga sessions available to our carers and young people to participate in. Laughter Yoga has scientific health benefits including the reduction of stress, improved oxygen intake to the brain and a rise in those 'feel good' endorphines! If would like to give it a try please contact us on 01236 426542. This will run every Tuesday from the 10th - 31st October 2017.
